Full Tilt Poker

Summary
Full Tilt Poker was at one time a new and very ambitious poker room, but have now become a titan in the online poker community. Hailed as one of the best places for Americans, they continued to provide service to the United States even when other larger sites dropped theirs. Reaping the rewards for their steadfastness they have drastically increased its player volume since its launch in July of 2004, by offering new players the largest sign up bonus in online poker, and inlisting the endorsements of some of the most promoting poker players today. Their staff includes Howard “The Professor” Lederer, Phil Ivey, John Juanda, Chris “Jesus” Ferguson, Erik Seidel, Erick Lundgren, and quite a few more. They have a mix of new and seasoned players, making for pretty loose action at the tables. Like many sites Full Tilt has “no flop, no drop” rake policy, and decent email support. The software is good in terms of look, feel, and functionality, and has kind of a “cartoony” feel to it. Player volume is very good; most players would consider the traffic “very adequate for play”.
Software & Graphics
Full Tilt Poker’s graphics have a very “fun” feel to them, with an almost cartoon like look to them. Like other rooms, each player chooses an avatar, but unlike other rooms the avatars have the ability to show emotion as you see fit. Players can also choose their own background from a wide variety of choices. Another interesting feature to the software that many players find helpful in keeping track of multiple tables is the ability to choose the seat that it appears you are sitting in, simply by clicking the desired seat and choosing the “seat me there” option. Software runs quick and reliable, and standard functions include player notes, player statistics, and table statistics.
Traffic
With many sites not offering service to Americans, Full Tilt swooped in and picked up the slack, as the saying goes "fortune favors the bold" and so it has with Full Tilt. Traffic at Full Tilt Poker is already very good, especially for being such a young poker site. The majority of player volume is concentrated at the lower limit tables both limit and no-limit. Currently Full Tilt has a ring game player peak of a little over 1,000 players, simultaneously with over 1200 tournament players. The bottom line is this site can only get bigger and better, we are curious to see what it will become in the future.

Stable. Since the decline of Party Poker Full Tilt has picked up the American market and with the numbers greater financial stability. Good choice.
